1. Commitment

By volunteering with FK Effah Foundation, you agree to fulfill the time commitment you specify in your application to the best of your ability. We understand that circumstances change, but we ask for advance notice if you need to adjust your commitment.

2. Conduct

Volunteers are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times, treating staff, fellow volunteers, and community members with respect. FK Effah Foundation reserves the right to dismiss any volunteer whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

3. Confidentiality

Volunteers may have access to sensitive information about the organization or the people we serve. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all such information.

4. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, FK Effah Foundation is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during volunteer activities. Volunteers participate at their own risk.

5. Media Release

By volunteering, you grant FK Effah Foundation permission to use photographs, videos, or testimonials featuring you for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

6. Background Checks

For certain positions involving vulnerable populations, we may require background checks. Any costs associated will be covered by FK Effah Foundation.
